"Our community of emerging London creatives greatly benefited from hearing how Eliza uses visual arts as a vehicle for change, and how they can incorporate advocacy into their own creative practices."
"The work Eliza does is essential to our society during a time of such change, proved not only by the public interest it receives but also by her exponential community growth online and the opportunities she continues to receive.
I have been, and will always be, on the lookout for projects that allow me the opportunity to work with Eliza again. Her work, attitude, personality and entrepreneurialism is inspiring."
"Eliza joined us to celebrate International Women's Day in 2023. Eliza was engaging, informative and delivered a thought-provoking presentation with powerful visual aids. We would thoroughly recommend Eliza for any speaking events."
"The talk last year was incredibly powerful and informative for both students and staff. Our students were highly engaged and reflective afterwards. The girls at my school are very passionate about standing up for their rights, and the session really validated their feelings and experiences. As a single-sex school, it can sometimes feel like we are in a protective bubble, so hearing about the realities young women face more widely was eye-opening and important for them."
"Eliza is a captivating speaker and an inspiration to us all, students and staff. She has an incredible ability to speak with clarity and purpose about complex and sensitive subjects. The highly engaging presentations of her work and her positive activist approach demonstrate the power of creative practice in challenging and rethinking the current challenges faced in the world. The feedback from her talks is always outstanding."
"Eliza knew exactly how to listen and respond to questions in a kind and strategic way, in the sense that her ability to understand the need and situation of the other was functional to give tailored answers and tips, as well as sharing their own experience in the industry."
✨ Cheer Up Luv Talks ✨ is a brand new panel series from Eliza Hatch exploring pressing issues affecting women, girls, and the queer community. The first panel focused on misogyny in music, inspired by Eliza’s recent photo and interview project with Glamour UK, and featured incredible insights from Mica Sefia, Eve Horne, Moonchild Sanelly & Lucy Morgan 🖤
The series aims to not only spotlight challenges but also explore solutions, inspire action, and put pressure on those with power to make change. Each talk will bring together different experts and topics impacting women, from financial and tech literacy, to healthcare, to education to continue the conversation, in different locations.
